Remote Clinical Appeals Supervisor

Job Summary

A technology company has a current position open for a Remote Clinical Appeals Supervisor.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Supervising and establishing work queues for the day-to-day, 24-hour appeal support team
• Providing training and mentoring to appeals support staff
• Developing and implementing processes and procedures to improve the efficiency of the appeals process

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• Associates of Nursing with 10+ years of experience
• Must have experience with MS Office products (e.g. Word, Excel, etc.)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience
• At least 1 year of hospital revenue cycle experience
• At least 1 year of denial management experience
