Job Summary
A technology company has a current position open for a Remote Clinical Appeals Supervisor.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Supervising and establishing work queues for the day-to-day, 24-hour appeal support team
- Providing training and mentoring to appeals support staff
- Developing and implementing processes and procedures to improve the efficiency of the appeals process
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Associates of Nursing with 10+ years of experience
- Must have experience with MS Office products (e.g. Word, Excel, etc.)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience
- At least 1 year of hospital revenue cycle experience
- At least 1 year of denial management experience
