Job Summary
A business management and information technology solutions provider is seeking a Remote Clinical Applications Specialist .
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Provide consultation to optimize clients experience by ensuring the successful design and operation of software applications
- Perform technical assessments, develop configuration / programming / testing
- Educate clients on the operation of clinical software / hardware
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 5 years' experience supporting practice management software
- Minimum 2 years' experience working with EHR software design, training or service
- 2+ years' experience in healthcare operations with exposure to clinical workflows
- Experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office, design, presentation, and publishing software with the ability to create online content
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills, strong personal integrity, with the ability to influence others
- Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills
