A healthcare company has an open position for a Remote Clinical Audit Denials Supervisor.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Managing all denials activities and is responsible for performance and effectiveness of the department
- Implementing short and long-term plans and objectives to improve revenue and manage overall denials trends
- Working with insurance companies to identify reasons for denied payment for services
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Able to identify, correct, and reduce denials trends related to their respective departments
- Able to empower staff to develop methods of process improvement
- Able to supervise all denials activities performed by staff
- Able to ensure adherence departmental budget
- Able to prepare monthly reports as requested
- Able to establish departmental goals with the staff to optimize performance and meet budgetary goals
