Job Summary
A health service company has a current position open for a Remote Clinical Behavioral Health Recruiter.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruiting process from sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews
- Develop a deep understanding of company's culture, product, strategic direction, and competitors
- Understand hiring needs and develop/execute sourcing and plans to acquire strong providers
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Psychology or other relevant field
- 4+ years of sourcing/recruiting experience - specifically for healthcare providers.
- Experience recruiting mental health providers i.e. therapist, counselors, & psychologists
- Driven to think outside the box to source and engage quality candidates
- Have a mature, positive, deliberate and focused attitude
