Job Summary
An independent, not-for-profit health benefits organization is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Clinical Business Analyst.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Analyzing data to identify opportunities for improvement in the quality of services or member access to service
- Assisting with management, testing, implementation, and support of clinical and business processes and applications
- Reviewing monthly /quarterly reports prior to submission
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Registered Nurse (RN) with active license in the state of Tennessee or hold a license in the state of their residence
- OR, Master's level Social Worker with active license in the state of Tennessee (LCSW, LMSW, or LAPS); required
- 3 years - Experience in long-term care including CHOICES or ECF CHOICES required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint)
- 3 years - Managed care experience including collaboration with population health, appeals and performance improvement departments required
- Proven ability to manage time wisely and work independently
