Job Summary

A health insurance company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Clinical Business Systems Production Support Analyst.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Logging all incidents and perform initial review and triage of support requests
• Assisting with production validation activities when development changes are being deployed
• Serving as point of contact for research of prior authorization software issues

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• Minimum 1 to 3 years’ experience in a production support capacity
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, business, or related field, or proven industry experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and industry related software programs
• Ability to relate to people at all levels of an organization
• Ability to work with peers in a team effort
• Capability to efficiently complete tasks in a fast paced environment
