Job Summary

A healthcare insurance provider is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Clinical Business Systems Senior Application Administrator.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Troubleshooting prior authorization and medication therapy management software issues
• Modifying prior authorization software configuration and workflow rules as needed
• Updating client specific letter templates within prior authorization system as requested

Qualifications Include:

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, business, or related field; proven industry experience will be acceptable in lieu of degree
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and industry related software programs
• Demonstrated experience with prior authorization systems and other clinical systems
• Minimum 4 years’ systems analysis experience
• Minimum 3 years’ demonstrated experience in Medicare environment with a concentration in coverage determinations and appeals
• Strong SDLC knowledge and background including Waterfall and Agile methodologies
