Job Summary
A staffing agency is seeking a Remote Clinical Call Center Triage Supervisor.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Supervising, developing, and coaching Triage Consultants
- Performing tasks to ensure service level requirements are met
- Answering questions regarding best practices or difficult calls
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Master’s in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or other human services fields
- Must have 3 years of recent and relevant practical supervisory experience
- Hold current, valid, unrestricted counseling license/certification
- Experience in counseling, social work, mental health services
- Knowledge of mandated procedures for child or elder abuse situations
- Ability to type 50 wpm
