A provider of telehealth services has a current position open for a Remote Clinical Care Delivery Analyst.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Introducing new policies and procedures that drive efficiency
  • Supporting strategic projects alongside senior members
  • Executing operational projects

Required Skills:

  • 1-3 years of experience
  • Experience in translating non-technical stakeholder needs into technical and operational solutions
  • Work authorized in the United States and native or bilingual English proficiency
  • Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Experience designing and implementing new processes and procedures across various teams
  • Experience advising, presenting to, and persuading senior corporate personnel
