Job Summary
A mental health care network has a current position open for a Remote Clinical Care Navigator.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Managing client crises
- Managing a caseload of complex, multi-need clients
- Communicate with clients throughout the process
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Master’s degree in clinical social work or equivalent
- LCSW or equivalent licensure; will consider candidates who are test-eligible for clinical licensure
- Significant experience managing high-risk clinical situations
- Passion for connecting individuals with excellent care
- You’ve excelled in roles with constantly evolving responsibilities
- Tech savvy
