Job Summary
A mental health technology provider is filling a position for a Remote Clinical Care Navigator in Charleston.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Provide in-the-moment telephone support to clients with complex behavioral health issues
- Ensure client safety, and connecting clients to high-quality, evidence-based providers
- Support clients in connecting to care, exclusively by phone and email
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Master’s degree in clinical social work or equivalent; LCSW or equivalent licensure
- We will consider strong candidates who are test-eligible for clinical licensure, but we’re unable to provide supervised hours toward licensure
- Significant experience managing high-risk clinical situations
- Passion for connecting individuals with excellent care and able to provide short-term support over the phone and via email
