Job Summary
A healthcare company is filling a position for a Remote Clinical Coding Manager.
Must be able to:
- Translation of evidence-based literature and research to program infrastructure documentation
- Research CMS Local Coverage Determinations, alternative Payer Policies, Societal Guidelines
- Educates and advises staff on proper code selection, documentation, procedures, and requirements
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Experience in Utilization Management review
- Knowledge of ICD-9-CM and CPT coding guidelines
- Proficient in G suite applications
- Proficient in Atlassian Jira & Confluence
- Strong communication skills and 3-5 years of experience in medical record coding
- 3-5 years of experience in Clinical Guidelines research, development, and application
