A healthcare provider is in need of a Remote Clinical Compliance Director.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Developing policies and procedures that establish standards for compliance and ensure privacy protection
- Developing and maintaining relationships with regulatory agencies and accreditation bodies
- Ensuring compliance with all applicable federal and state laws, regulations, and accreditation standards
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare compliance
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Corporate practice of medicine in numerous states
- Strong knowledge of healthcare laws, regulations, and accreditation standards
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and other relevant software
