Remote Clinical Compliance Supervisor (RN)

Job Summary

Leading a team of remote medical assistants, the full-time Remote Clinical Compliance Supervisor (RN) will supervise daily operations, ensure high-touch patient engagement, and assist in developing compliance processes while addressing social determinants of health.

Key responsibilities

• Supervising day-to-day operations of clinical compliance auditors and specialists
• Coordinating orientation, training, and performance monitoring for clinical compliance staff
• Assisting in the development and management of utilization management plans and auditing guidelines

Required qualifications

• Certified/Registered Medical Assistant (CMA/RMA) or equivalent clinical background
• 3+ years of experience as a Medical Assistant, including patient outreach or care coordination
• 1+ years of supervisory or leadership experience, preferably in a remote setting
• Strong understanding of social determinants of health and barriers to healthcare access
• Proficiency in electronic health records (EHRs) and telehealth platforms
