Job Summary

A health insurance company is filling a position for a Remote Clinical Concierge Team Lead.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Guiding your team’s metrics, including productivity, adherence to schedule, and employee satisfaction
• Maintaining team dashboard - regularly checking that escalations are being completed and communicated in a timely manner
• Ensuring a consistent focus on coaching, developing and leading direct reports
