Job Summary
A medicine development organization is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Clinical Customer Experience Manager .
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Addressing customers clinical questions using approved materials and responses
- Building and developing professional relationships with key providers
- Utilizing expertise and knowledge of the marketplace
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- This position requires the ability to drive within their assigned territory by automobile
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum of two (2) years of specialty pharma/biotech experience
- Minimum eight (8) years of experience in complex pharmaceutical or biotech sales
- Proven track record of consistent high performance
- Broad understanding of the market access, and buy and bill reimbursement pathway
