Job Summary

An in-vitro diagnostics company has an open position for a Remote Clinical Customer Experience Manager in Philadelphia.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Maximizing customer retention rates
  • Developing and executing strategic territory and account plans
  • Meeting overall territory revenue goal

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Travel for the CEM is typically 25%, but ranging from 10-40%
  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 3 years with strong performance in B2B sales environment
  • 3 years of experience in the Healthcare Industry
  • Proficient at uncovering key business issues
  • Must have a valid US driver's license in good standing
