An in-vitro diagnostics company has an open position for a Remote Clinical Customer Experience Manager in Philadelphia.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Maximizing customer retention rates
- Developing and executing strategic territory and account plans
- Meeting overall territory revenue goal
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Travel for the CEM is typically 25%, but ranging from 10-40%
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3 years with strong performance in B2B sales environment
- 3 years of experience in the Healthcare Industry
- Proficient at uncovering key business issues
- Must have a valid US driver's license in good standing
