Job Summary
Working remotely on a part-time basis during nights and weekends, the Customer Service Representative-Clinical will manage incoming calls from providers, members, and health plans, assisting with benefit information and problem resolution.
Key responsibilities
- Receive and respond to incoming telephone calls and chats in a professional and timely manner
- Record caller information in proprietary systems and provide accurate information based on inquiries
- Attend weekly meetings to discuss issues and foster teamwork among department personnel
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED certificate required
- 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in an inbound call center
- Basic computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems during interactions
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet established performance metrics
