A healthcare company is seeking a Remote Clinical Data Abstractor in Jacksonville.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Collecting data for clinical research projects
- Validating data in response to quality checks on collected data
- Assisting with compilation of project-specific abstraction and coding manual updates
Position Requirements Include:
- Associate or Baccalaureate degree in HIM or Nursing
- RHIT / RHIA, RN, CTR skills
- Expect level knowledge of medical record structure, format and content
- Expert level knowledge of medical diagnostic and therapeutic procedures
- Knowledgeable in pharmacology and microbiology
- Able to manage multiple and organize tasks and competing priorities
