Remote Clinical Dispatcher

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Remote Clinical Dispatcher, the candidate will manage multi-channel coordination and assignment of emergency and routine consultations while effectively communicating with hospital staff and physicians to ensure timely patient care.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage incoming consultations through the consultation lifecycle workflows and prioritize assignments for multiple service lines
• Communicate effectively with clinical staff and physicians to facilitate efficient patient care
• Monitor queues to prioritize consultations and maintain service excellence metrics

Required qualifications:

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification required
• At least one year of experience in a call center, healthcare, or IT environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and communication tools across various operating systems
• Excellent phone and customer service skills with high attention to detail
• Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and excel in a remote work setting
