Remote Clinical Dispatcher

Job Summary

Seeking a Remote Full-Time Clinical Dispatcher, the candidate will manage multi-channel coordination and assignment of emergency and routine consultations while working 2nd shift in a virtual hospital environment.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with hospital clinical staff and physicians to ensure timely patient care
• Manage incoming consultations through established workflows and prioritize assignments across multiple service lines
• Monitor and maintain queues to meet or exceed service level agreements (SLAs) while demonstrating service excellence

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification required
• At least one year of experience in a call center environment, healthcare, or IT
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and communication tools
• Strong phone and customer service skills with high attention to detail
• Ability to excel in a remote work setting and adapt to new technologies
