Job Summary
A healthcare services organization is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Clinical Documentation Coder.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Review charts and code chronic disease
- Validate missed coding opportunities
- Review patient charts to ensure accurate coding
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Professional Coding Certification such as CCS or CPC
- CRC within 6 months of employment
- Familiarity with Electronic Health Records documentation methodologies
- Exposure to healthcare operations
- Demonstrated achievement with change management
- Proven success in building relationships and establishing credibility
