Job Summary

A staffing agency is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Clinical Documentation Integrity Specialist in Rochester.

Must be able to:

• Review patient medical records to to understand patient illness severity and facilitate proper code
• Validate that coding reflects medical necessity of services
• Document discharge diagnoses and co-morbidities

Qualifications Include:

• Opportunity to work remote after initial training period
• 1-2 years of Clinical Documentation Improvement experience
• CCDS or CDIP Certification required
• RHIT, RN, CCS, or CCS-P
• Associates Degree or higher
