Job Summary

A healthcare company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Clinical Documentation Specialist.

Must be able to:

  • Ensure clinical documentation is accurate, compliant and specific
  • Facilitate concurrent documentation of the medical record
  • Work collaboratively with medical, nursing, ancillary, and coding staff

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Associate’s level degree in Nursing
  • Active RN license in good standing
  • 3 years of nursing experience in an acute care setting or 1 or more year experience as a Clinical Documentation Specialist in an acute care setting
