Job Summary

A business strategy and consulting services firm is seeking a Remote Clinical Documentation Specialist.

Core Responsibilities Include:

Reviewing daily admissions to assigned unit
Conducting daily, concurrent review of inpatient records

Skills and Requirements Include:

Requires at least 3 years medical records review or acute care hospital coding experience
RN's- 5 years inpatient clinical, case management and management experience
At least one of the following: RHIA, RHIT, CCS, MD or MD Equivalent, RN
