Job Summary

A medical care provider is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Clinical Electronic Medical Record Specialist.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Facilitating and coordinating education and communication on bi-monthly releases
• Processing incidents and servicing requests within the ITSM tool
• Escalating issues directly where applicable and monitoring to resolution

Qualifications for this position include:

• Associate degree in business, IT, or clinical field
• 3 years of experience in the Home Health and/or Hospice industry
• 3 years of experience with the HCHB EMR system
• Working knowledge of Home Health and/or Hospice regulations as they relate to CMS
• Strong critical thinking skills
• Project management experience
