Job Summary
A medical care provider is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Clinical Electronic Medical Record Specialist.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Facilitating and coordinating education and communication on bi-monthly releases
- Processing incidents and servicing requests within the ITSM tool
- Escalating issues directly where applicable and monitoring to resolution
Qualifications for this position include:
- Associate degree in business, IT, or clinical field
- 3 years of experience in the Home Health and/or Hospice industry
- 3 years of experience with the HCHB EMR system
- Working knowledge of Home Health and/or Hospice regulations as they relate to CMS
- Strong critical thinking skills
- Project management experience
