Job Summary

A medical care provider is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Clinical Electronic Medical Record Specialist.

Core Responsibilities Include:

Facilitating and coordinating education and communication on bi-monthly releases
Processing incidents and servicing requests within the ITSM tool
Escalating issues directly where applicable and monitoring to resolution

Qualifications for this position include:

Associate degree in business, IT, or clinical field
3 years of experience in the Home Health and/or Hospice industry
3 years of experience with the HCHB EMR system
Working knowledge of Home Health and/or Hospice regulations as they relate to CMS
Strong critical thinking skills
Project management experience
