Job Summary

A healthcare company has a current position open for a Remote Clinical Facility Investigator.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Examining, assessing, and documenting business operations and procedures to ensure data integrity
• Investigating, recovering, and resolving all types of claims as well as recovery and resolution for health plans
• Investigating and pursuing recoveries and payables on subrogation claims and file management

Qualifications Include:

• High School Diploma / GED (or higher)
• Medical record facility coding experience
• Working knowledge of medical terminology and claim coding
• Previous experience in claim processing, healthcare provider information and healthcare billing practices
• Coding Certification (example) CIC, COC, CPC, CPMA, CCS
• Moderate proficiency of Microsoft office, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel
