A nonprofit healthcare company has an open position for a Remote Clinical Infrastructure and Analytics Assistant Director.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Develops and implements systems, policies and procedures
• Provides leadership in developing, implementing, and communicating short and long-range plans, goals, and objectives
• Manages functional quality, budget adherence, and successful outcomes

Position Requirements Include:

• Knowledge of health insurance data, analytics, clinical industry trends and technology
• Knowledge of developing business cases and modeling of business requirements
• Demonstrated ability to lead high performing teams, manage managers, and direct vendors
• Ability to apply and interpret quantitative data for decision-making
• Quality, NCQA, URAC and HEDIS experience required
