Job Summary

A health insurance company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Clinical Learning and Development Technical Writer.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Creating easy-to-understand and use documentation and learning materials
• Collaborating with Clinical colleagues and other stakeholders to understand technical systems and process workflows
• Reviewing and providing gap analysis of existing documentation to ensure alignment with current Policy and Procedures

Required Skills:

• Associate’s degree from an accredited program
• Knowledge and experience using or supporting E-Authoring tools/virtual platforms preferred
• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution preferred
