Job Summary
A health insurance company that offers plans for individuals, families, and businesses has a current position open for a Remote Clinical Operations and Strategy Associate .
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Developing an in-depth understanding of utilization management and the services we review (i.e., prior authorization list)
- Managing implementations to ensure milestones are delivered on time and risks are escalated to appropriate parties
- Leveraging data to make recommendations and streamline processes
Qualifications Include:
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field of study (e.g., Business Administration, Economics, Logistics or Operations Management) or commensurate experience (4+ years)
- 2+ years of work experience in a consulting firm and/or operations
- Experience in designing, implementing and continuously improving programs and processes
- Strong Excel skills
- Experience working in a fast-paced, health-tech environment
