A staffing firm has an open position for a Remote Clinical Operations Associate Director in Rockville.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Oversee selection, contracting, and budget-related activities for clinical trial sites
• Oversee performance of vendors for outsourced functions
• Provide strategic, tactical and operational input to cross functional team

Position Requirements Include:

• 12+ years of experience in oncology clinical development operations
• 7 years of experience in a leadership role within clinical development operations
• Experience overseeing CROs and/or other vendors on a clinical trial
• Experience with financial forecasting and budget management
• Experienced in either early or late phase/pivotal trials
• Bachelor’s degree
