Job Summary
A healthcare company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Clinical Operations Business Process Improvements Associate Director.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Executing the approved process strategy for assigned cross-sector processes, inclusive of continuous improvement, process performance and knowledge management.
- Supporting execution of relevant BPO Forums and Communities of Practice (CoPs) for in-scope cross-sector processes.
- Acting as a “change agent” for projects, proactively communicating changes to relevant stakeholders, providing feedback and addressing potential barriers to change.
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required, preferably in the Life Sciences, e.g., Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Nursing, Pharmacy. Advanced degree is a plus.
- 8+ years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industry, at a CRO or hospital, including extensive exposure to Clinical Operations/Quality Operations, Clinical Development teams/processes.
- Must have demonstrated knowledge of clinical research (end-to-end) processes and relevant regulatory requirements.
- Knowledge of continuous improvement tools and application to business process is a plus.
