Job Summary
A virtual primary care platform has an open position for a Remote Clinical Operations Care Coordinator.
Must be able to:
- Serve as the face of the company
- Interface with our patients over the phone and through email
- Provide internal coordination with our team and doctors to ensure all our patient's needs are addressed
Qualifications for this position include:
- High School diploma/ GED
- Three years in business administration, clerical business, financial management, or related
- Excellent verbal/written communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills with an emphasis on accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to conduct audits, determine problems, analyze information, and implement solutions
- Thorough and professional with a detailed approach to work
