Job Summary

A company that helps clients recover lost revenue and analyzes and improves processes is in need of a Remote Clinical Operations Director .

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Delivering and communicating results on key process indicators of the aforementioned
• Working on the development, performance and growth of your team and the organization as a whole

Qualifications for this position include:

• Must possess current RN license
• 5 Years of Clinical Case Management/Utilization Review/Appeals
• Proven and demonstrated success as a leader in the Payer or Hospital environment with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Possesses a deep knowledge of medical necessity criteria
• Experience in defending government audits
• Ability to work across multiple disciplines/departments to achieve results
