Job Summary
A staffing and recruitment agency is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Clinical Operations Lead .
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Managing the meetings and outputs of the sponsor, site and data safety monitoring board
- Planning, executing and managing all aspects of clinical trials
- Leading in the vetting and selection processes of vendors and CROs
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor's degree (minimum)
- A minimum of 10-12 years of related pharmaceutical/CRO clinical trial and site monitoring experience with increasing levels of responsibility
- Candidates must have proven track record for delivering multi-center global clinical projects within time, budget, and quality expectations
- Prior experience managing clinical operations function/personnel
- A balance of scientific and operational/project management and team leadership expertise
