A clinical research organization has an open position for a Remote Clinical Operations Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Developing plans to support growth and career development of assigned Clinical Operations employees
• Ensuring staff development and performance feedback are provided
• Promoting a positive and professional work environment

Position Requirements Include:

• Undergraduate or its international equivalent in clinical, science, or health-related field
• Substantial experience using computerized information systems  
• Substantial clinical trials development experience
• Appropriate direct line management experience of Clinical operations staff
• Thorough knowledge of ICH and local regulatory authority regulations regarding drug research and development
• Read, write, and speak fluent English
