A contract research organization needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Clinical Operations Manager II.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Measuring performance indicators for assigned staff
- Ensuring training record compliance with training matrix
- Communicating status of assigned workload for metric reporting
Skills and Requirements Include:
- University/college degree or relevant work history may be considered
- Proficient with on site monitoring activities
- 5+ years relevant clinical research experience in a pharmaceutical company/CRO
- Thorough knowledge of drug development process
- Thorough knowledge of relevant SOPs, ICH, and GCP guidelines
- Relevant supervisory experience
