Job Summary

A healthcare company is filling a position for a Remote Clinical Operations Medicaid Director.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Managing staff including hiring and terminating, coaching, and rewarding performance
• Maintaining fiscal responsibility for departmental operations
• Ensuring medical services are provided in a timely, cost effective and quality manner

Qualifications Include:

• Bachelor's Degree in Health Administration, Public Health or other Medical Degree OR
• 6 years progressive and related experience in lieu of Bachelor degree
• 3-5 years experience in behavioral health, or case, care or disease/condition management OR
• 5-7 years in Management & 3-5 years in insurance, managed care support, or utilization review OR
• 1-3 years in Medicare or Medicaid
