A medical company is filling a position for a Remote Clinical People Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Identify and drive organizational and cultural changes needed to adapt strategically to changing demands
  • Developing structures and strategies to support the People and Clinical teams to help us scale rapidly
  • Participates in the development and implementation of organization-wide policies and programs

Qualifications Include:

  • BS degree required
  • Experience with basic digital content creation
  • Previous event planning experience and leading community initiatives
  • Experience facilitating remote events and meetings
  • Ability to identify and track relevant community KPIs
  • Proven time management skills and multitasking in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment
