Job Summary
An online medical clinic needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Clinical People Manager.
Must be able to:
- Develop structures and strategies to support the People and Clinical teams to help us scale rapidly
- Devise a smooth operating process for basic HR Admin activities
- Identify and drive organizational and cultural changes needed to adapt strategically to changing demands
Position Requirements Include:
- BS degree required
- Previous event planning experience and leading community initiatives
- Experience with basic digital content creation
- Experience facilitating remote events and meetings
- Ability to identify and track relevant community KPIs
