Job Summary

A healthcare company has a current position open for a Remote Clinical Performance Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Identifying and analyzing coding accuracy issues and opportunities
  • Providing training on procedure coding accuracy programs and regulatory requirements
  • Assisting with the development and management of business plans to achieve objectives

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
  • High school diploma or GED
  • One or more of the following certifications: RHIA, RHIT, CCS, CPC
  • 5+ years of direct coding experience in a multi-specialty physician practice
