Key Responsibilities

Review prior authorization requests and supporting documentation
Apply clinical knowledge to assist with medication approval decisions
Communicate with providers, pharmacies, and internal teams

Required Qualifications

Active Pharmacist license in any U.S. state, in good standing
Preferred prior authorization experience in PBM, managed care, or specialty pharmacy
5-7+ years of strong retail pharmacy experience is acceptable
Solid clinical knowledge
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
