Job Summary

A healthcare company has a current position open for a Remote Clinical Pharmacist.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Reviewing and completing requests for therapies requiring prior authorization
• Assists with evaluating therapy regimens to ensure safe and effective use of medications
• Handling phone inquiries from physicians, the clinical staff, and members

Qualifications Include:

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy required
• Licensed pharmacist required
• 1 years experience in pharmacy managed care and/or Medicare/Medicaid experience required
• Experience working with PharmMD applications required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in utilizing Microsoft Office such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Outlook
