Job Summary
A health care provider is seeking a Remote Clinical Pharmacist.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Demonstrate a service orientation toward patients, staff, and visitors
- Complete all required professional and department competency assessment programs as required
- Provide health care team members with accurate responses to drug information questions
Skills and Requirements Include:
- B.S. degree in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm D.) from an accredited School of Pharmacy required
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrate leadership in their current position
- Licensed Pharmacist
