Job Summary
A medication management company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Clinical Pharmacist in Duluth.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Serve as a consultant and liaison between the pharmacy and the living centers
- Provide leadership within medication management
- Meet the needs of our clients and residents
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
- Registered Pharmacist Licensure in appropriate state(s)
- Board Certification as Geriatric Pharmacist (BCPG) required
- Proven ability for adherence to State and Federal regulations
- Must be dependable and capable of maintaining regular attendance
