Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Clinical Pharmacist (PBM/Medicare).

Key Responsibilities

Review and evaluate Medicare Part D prior authorization and appeals cases
Analyze clinical documentation and make approval/denial determinations
Ensure compliance with CMS guidelines and maintain accurate documentation

Required Qualifications

Active Pharmacist (RPh) license in state of residence
PharmD or Bachelor's in Pharmacy
Strong computer proficiency (Excel, Word required)
Experience with data entry and multi-system navigation
Ability to work independently in a remote, production-based environment
