Job Summary

A pharmacy benefit management company has an open position for a Remote Clinical Pharmacy Technician I.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Determining appropriateness for medications
• Communicating decision to physicians
• Escalating requests to Pharmacist

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

• Active pharmacy technician licensure or registration in accordance with state requirements
• Or PTCB or ExCPT depending on state requirments
• Specialty or retail pharmacy industry experience
• Active Pharmacist license supersedes requirement for CPT and/or PTCB
• Proficiency in Pharmacy computerized systems
• In-depth knowledge of specialty injectable prescription drugs
