Job Summary
A mental health service is seeking a Remote Clinical Program Development Manager.
Must be able to:
- Continue to develop our coached digital CBT product
- Prioritize and build protocols that drive member engagement, adherence, and outcomes
- Liaise with the Coaching Operations team for training in programs or workflows
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- A clinical and coaching subject matter expert supporting digital product design, development, and delivery
- Experience working as a content or clinical subject matter expert
- Are qualified at the master’s level in coaching and/or in an associated behavioral health discipline
- 7 years in clinical or coaching services delivery with prior supervisory and/or management experience
- Training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, or other similar short-term interventions
- Experience using and / or developing digital behavioral health tools
