Remote Clinical Program Strategist

Job Summary

Focused on advancing population health strategy for Commercial populations, the full-time Remote Clinical Program and Population Health Strategist will develop and implement clinical programs, prioritize initiatives based on impact, and collaborate across various teams to enhance health outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop population health strategies aligned with enterprise priorities and market competitiveness
• Support the refinement of the Clinical Initiative Portfolio and define success metrics
• Design evidence-based clinical programs and translate clinical strategies into provider-facing approaches

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred (MPH, MHA, MBA, or related)
• 5-10+ years of experience in population health, healthcare strategy, or clinical program design
• Strong understanding of HEDIS, cost drivers, and utilization
• Experience working in a matrixed organization
• Data-driven decision-making and cross-functional collaboration skills
