Remote Clinical Program Strategist

Job Summary

To advance population health strategy for ACA, Medicaid, and Dual Eligible Special Needs Plan (D-SNP) populations, the full-time Remote Clinical Program and Population Health Strategist will develop clinical program designs and prioritize initiatives while collaborating across various teams within the healthcare system.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement population health strategies aligned with enterprise priorities for ACA, Medicaid, and D-SNP populations
• Support the refinement of the Clinical Initiative Portfolio by partnering with product owners and leadership to prioritize initiatives based on impact and ROI
• Design evidence-based clinical programs and interventions, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and health equity goals

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree (MPH, MHA, MBA, or related) preferred
• 5-10+ years of experience in population health, healthcare strategy, or clinical program design
• Experience with Medicare (D-SNP) and/or Medicaid programs
• Strong understanding of HEDIS, Stars, risk adjustment, and utilization drivers
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a matrixed organization
